A centralized archive of philatelic certificates from all expertizing bodies—past and present.
Stamp Cert Central is being developed as a free, searchable resource for collectors, dealers, researchers, and expertizers. The goal is to bring certificate images and supporting data together in one place, including certificates from APEX, Crowe, Doporto, the PF, PSAG, PSE, SPA, Weiss and other respected expertizing sources.
Planned features include:
- Search by expertizer and certificate number
- Upload and register certificates to help expand the archive
- Link multiple certificates associated with the same stamp
- Check whether a certificate or associated stamp has been reported lost, missing, or stolen (supported by documentation)
